Ingredients

  • 200g shredded pork
  • 1 egg
  • 270g cooked white rice
  • 70g shelled edamame
  • 20g corn kernels

How to make it

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add the beaten egg and shredded pork, and stir-fry until fragrant.

In the same pan, add the cooked rice and seasonings. Stir-fry until the rice is evenly coated and each grain is separated.

Add the edamame and corn kernels, stir-fry again, and sprinkle with white pepper powder before serving.
