Cut the chicken drumsticks into pieces and marinate with Kimlan Soy Sauce and rice wine for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan, lightly fry the garlic, and set aside. Coat the marinated chicken with sweet potato starch and fry until cooked through.
Add the garlic and fried chicken pieces into the pan, stir-fry with Kimlan Soy Paste, and remove from heat to serve.
