Ingredients

  • 480g tilapia or mackerel
  • 60g sliced onions
  • 15g sliced chili peppers
  • 15g sliced ginger
  • 20g minced garlic
  • 35g cilantro

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Kimlan Piao-Shiang Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Kimlan Soy Paste
  • 2 tbsp rice wine
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100cc water

How to make it

Heat oil in a pan and fry the tilapia or mackerel until cooked through, then set aside.

In the same pan, add the sliced onions, chili peppers, ginger, and minced garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the seasonings and cook until the flavors blend.

Remove the fish and garnish with cilantro to serve.
