    •  3 Pork Chops
    • Tapioca Flour (Starch) 100g
  • B Marinade Ingredients:
    • 1 Tablespoon of Rice Wine
    • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
    • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger, Minced
    • 1 Green Onion, Cut into Segments
    • 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
    • 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
    • 1 Tablespoon of Kimlan Super Special Soy Sauce
  • C Braising Sauce:
    • 3 Green Onion
    • 3 Garlic Cloves
    • 1/2 Onion
    • Kimlan Super Special Soy Sauce 100g
    • 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
    • 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
    • 1 Pouch
    • Water 1000g

How to make it

Tenderize meat with the back of a knife.

Marinate with rice wine, garlic, ginger, scallions, sesame oil, sugar, and Kimlan Super Special Soy Sauce for 15 minutes.

Coat pork chops with tapioca flour on both sides. Dip the marinated ribs into 170°C hot oil for 20 seconds, ensuring the batter adheres before flipping. Fry the ribs until golden brown, remove them from the oil, and drain.

After sauteing, add Kimlan Super Special Soy Sauce, sesame oil, sugar, water, and the braising packet to make the braising sauce. Once the sauce is boiling, add the fried ribs. Add your preferred ingredients and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes until done.
