How to make it

Blanch pork belly in boiling water. Remove impurities. Cut pork belly into cubes.

Heat the fatty portion of the pork in a hot pan to render the fat. Add the fragrant spices until aromatic. Set aside. Stir fry the pork belly with sugar, rice wine, and soy sauce until it reaches a caramel color.

Add the fragrant spices and stir fry evenly. Add water. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. Braised meat is now ready!
