  • 80g green onions
  • Meat Marinade:
    • 10g Kimlan Soy Sauce
    • 5g cornstarch
    • 5g egg white

  • 10g ketchup
  • 5g sugar
  • 15g water
  • 2g cornstarch
  • 10g rice wine

How to make it

Marinate the shredded pork with the meat marinade for 10 minutes, then deep-fry and set aside. Slice the green onions, wash, drain, and place on a plate.

Heat 10g of salad oil in a pan, add the comprehensive seasonings and the fried pork, and stir-fry quickly over high heat. Pour the mixture over the green onions and serve.
