  • 200g chicken thighs
  • 30g flour
  • 100g onions

Seasoning

  • 50g onion tomato sauce
  • 5g Kimlan Rice Vinegar
  • 5g sugar
  • 10g honey
  • 20g water

How to make it

Debone the chicken thighs, coat with flour, and fry until golden brown. Remove from oil, cut into pieces, and set aside.

Slice the onions and soak in ice water, then drain and marinate in a Japanese-style dressing for 5 minutes. Drain and place on a plate.

Heat a pan, cook the seasonings until well-mixed, and pour the sauce over the chicken pieces before serving.
