  • 50g diced tomatoes
  • 200g king oyster mushrooms
  • 100g broccoli

How to make it

Slice the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry with Kimlan Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce until fragrant. Place in a bowl with the Kimlan Chili Bamboo Shoot and steam for 20 minutes.

Blanch the broccoli and stir-fry with Kimlan Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce. Add the diced tomatoes, then combine with the steamed ingredients from step 1. Serve.
